As early as ten-years-old, I was curious to know why I thought what I did and felt what I did. After years of pondering, I later found as an adolescent, that it was all too confusing, as I became known as the “Deep Thinker” and even later as the “Old One” which referred to my need to know “why” and my ability to give supportive advice. The awareness of unbridled emotions and the option of choice were overwhelming! Self-observation initiated my interest and self-imposing experiments about human nature- thus by trade today, I service as a psychotherapist as well as a coach, consultant, counselor, and trainer.

During the last eight years, I have been blessed to sit with, learn from, and receive counseling and traditional wisdom from different Elder Wisdom Keepers from places such as Africa, China, Europe, Hawaii, Ireland, and Native North America as well as receive the life long teachings from my Grandparents, Parents, and Community Leaders. These profound teachings from Elders around the globe include instructions for sustaining and maintaining a healthy and abundant quality of life.

One of my purposes in life is to embody Happiness to help others make a choice for, and to embody, Happiness. Although this seems like a very plain concept in thought, one may be surprised how many people choose to live miserable lives full of “drama.”

Sometimes people are so deep in drama, that chaos and sadness is on autopilot! Acting alone, they find difficulty in changing not only their outlook on life, as well as changing their intimate relationships with family, community, and coworkers. Therefore, assistance is required in helping them to reroute their life to “Destination Happiness.”

My life’s mission is to help people pilot their own paths to Happiness. I share my education, knowledge, insight, and inspired gifts to help create the magic to get people inspired about their lives.
