Phone Sessions & Training and Development
Phone Sessions
Before the session?
1. Scheduling an appointment is done by email or by phone. If you get a message, the call will be returned within 24 hours. A phone line that is stable, static free and will not drop the call is required for your session. Appointments are scheduled on weekdays, which will include Saturday sessions.
2. Once the appointment is set, I will call you on that date and time.
3. For international calls, there will be an additional charge for long distance
What can you expect from telephone counseling?
1. I will call you at our scheduled time. Please ensure no interruptions from our time together, this includes ensuring that cell phones do not drop the call.
2. I will ask for your address and payment information. If you pay online, please print a receipt. If you pay over the phone, I will mail the receipt to you. 3. I will begin your guided session asking you what is the issue; I may ask you questions to help you make some decisions about the issue. I am not attempting to resolve your issue, but rather help you bring about a resolution. 4. If you are calling from another country, international long distance charges will apply to your session.
Rights and Understanding
This session is strictly confidential. All information told to you is not absolutely going to cure or fix your issue. I am not responsible for any misunderstandings by the caller. By accepting a Listening Ear session, you agree to this statement.
